Responsibilities

Produce and communicate reporting and analytics of sales data in collaboration with the Operations and Distribution teams

Perform Salesforce administration and automation to align with project goals and support cross-functional project design

Maintain and administer sales campaigns to support corporate marketing initiatives and partner with the Digital Marketing team

Provide administrative support for Managing Directors, including expenses, travel booking, and calendar management

Assist in logistics for sales team activities, including weekly calls and quarterly meetings, ensuring smooth operations

Qualifications

BA/BS degree in a business or related discipline

3-5 years of successful experience in a sales analyst or sales operations role

Proficiency in Salesforce reporting, Power BI, Excel Pivot Tables, and CRM software

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Administrator designation highly desirable

Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Self-starter with a passion for delivering outstanding results

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel (pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUPs)

Previous experience in administrative project support
