What to Expect
Job Responsibilities:
Produce and communicate reporting and analytics of sales data in collaboration with the VP, Operations, and VP, Distribution
Perform Salesforce administration and automation to align with project goals
Provide administrative support for Managing Directors, including expenses, travel booking, and calendar management
Maintain sales data integrity and administer sales campaigns to support marketing initiatives
Assist with logistics for sales team activities, including meetings and internal trainings
What is Required
BA/BS degree in a business or related discipline
3-5 years of previous experience in a sales analyst or sales operations role
Proficiency in Salesforce reporting, Power BI, and advanced Excel skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
