Responsibilities

Produce and communicate reporting and analytics of sales data in collaboration with the VP, Operations, and Finance team

Perform Salesforce administration and automation, participating in cross-functional project design teams

Maintain and administer sales campaigns to support corporate marketing initiatives

Provide administrative support for Managing Directors, including calendar management and travel bookings

Ensure data integrity in Salesforce for reporting purposes and assist with logistics for sales team activities

Qualifications

BA/BS degree in a business or related discipline

3-5 years of previous experience in a sales analyst or sales operations role

Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce or CRM tools and platforms; Salesforce Administrator designation highly desirable

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced skills in MS Excel

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce reporting, Power BI, HubSpot, and Excel Pivot Tables

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment

Strong organizational skills and capability to multi-task effectively

Self-starter with a passion to deliver outstanding results

Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
