Overview
Quikrete, the leading producer of packaged concrete and related products, is looking for a sales representative for the greater Phoenix, Arizona market to represent its’ SPEC MIX brand of masonry and stucco commercial products. This position will be responsible for calling on contractors and dealers in the masonry and stucco supply channel as well as working with architects and engineers on product specification. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates professionalism, and a commitment to learn the role and operate successfully in a team environment. The Masonry/Wall Systems Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving growth by building strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and internal operations teams. You\'ll represent QUIKRETE products in the field, provide technical support, and deliver value-driven solutions to our customers. Responsibilities
Visit active job sites to provide technical support and build customer relationships Deliver effective product demonstrations and training sessions to contractors and distributors Represent QUIKRETE at local and national construction trade shows Develop and maintain accurate product forecasts and delivery schedules (weekly and annual) Identify new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding existing accounts Travel as required, including occasional overnight stays About You
You are passionate about the construction industry and skilled at developing strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and influencers. You are proactive, organized, and enjoy working independently within a supportive team environment. Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in sales or marketing (construction materials industry preferred) Valid driver’s license and an acceptable motor vehicle record Strong communication and presentation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Ability to lift and carry up to 80 lbs as needed
