Customer Service Representative

Our client in Odenton, MD is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Representative to support their customer communication and order-handling operations. This is a high-engagement role that blends outbound calling, information gathering, and order management, ensuring customers receive timely updates and accurate support throughout the process. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer questions and provide clear, accurate information. Make outbound calls to relay updates, request information, or follow up on pending items. Handle order processing, updates, returns, and exchanges with accuracy. Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues when necessary. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order flow and fulfillment. Maintain awareness of current order statuses and system updates. Collect customer feedback and share improvement suggestions with leadership. Required Skills & Experience High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of Call Center Experience Comfort with a blend of phone-based communication and order management tasks. Experience using CRM or order-entry systems. Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Strong problem-solving abilities.
