We’re hiring a senior HR leader to partner with two growing capital markets teams at a top-tier investment platform. This role blends hands-on recruiting leadership, talent development, and culture-building , with real influence across how investment professionals are hired, developed, and retained.

What You’ll Own

  • Lead end-to-end recruiting for junior and mid-level investment and portfolio roles, including campus hiring
  • Act as a high-touch partner to candidates, interview teams, and search firms
  • Drive onboarding, performance reviews, and compensation cycles alongside senior leadership
  • Own Analyst and Associate programs, including long-term talent planning and development
  • Design and deliver training, development, and career progression initiatives
  • Use data and feedback to improve hiring, engagement, and retention

Culture & Experience

  • Partner on employee engagement, surveys, and action planning
  • Champion mentorship, apprenticeship, and collaboration across teams
  • Support offsites, team events, and culture initiatives throughout the year

Who This Role Fits
