Call Center Representative – Rensselaer, NY (ON SITE) – Full Time Employment Type: Full Time

Shift: Day Shift

Location: 295 Valley View Blvd, Rensselaer, NY (in person)

We at St. Peter's Health Partners care for many people. This high-volume call center position requires

excellent customer service

skills and the ability to make quick, accurate decisions.

What You Will Do

Answer incoming calls and schedule patient appointments in accordance with protocol.

Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on company criteria.

Enter new patient data into computer system.

Attend mandatory training sessions to stay updated on policy changes.

Identify and escalate priority issues.

Follow up with customers where necessary.

Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.

What You Will Need

Multiple phone line experience.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Problem analysis and problem solving.

Previous call center experience is a plus.

Customer service orientation.

Attention to detail and multitasking.

Bi‑lingual speaking is a plus but not required.

Positive attitude and self‑motivation.

High School Diploma or GED.

Ability to lift 20 lbs.

Pay Range: $17.50 – $21.80 per hour, based on experience, skills, and education.
