We are seeking an experienced Insurance Account Manager to support and manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who understands policy servicing, renewals, and client relationships, and can operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day servicing of commercial insurance accounts
Handle renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Work closely with producers to market, quote, and bind coverage
Review policies for accuracy and coverage alignment
Maintain organized and compliant client records
Provide proactive communication and high-level client support
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in commercial insurance account management
Strong knowledge of commercial lines coverage
Active insurance license (or ability to obtain)
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Proficiency with agency management systems and standard insurance platforms
Ability to manage multiple accounts with accuracy and efficiency
