Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Data and Business Solution Lead who can drive data-informed strategies through cross-domain engagement and leading integrated systems and process design. This role will focus on Delta Air Lines’ payment and financial document systems and capabilities. This role bridges data insights and business architecture to deliver scalable solutions and ensure their long-term success.
Responsibilities

Improve data and analytical capabilities across Delta’s retail spaces, with focus on payments and financial documents
Shape future investments through quantified analysis and actionable insights
Represent and drive payment and financial document system architecture decisions in cross-domain portfolio meetings
Lead continuous improvement of both analytics and business architecture across these spaces
Qualifications

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
Data & Analytics
SQL and SAS experience and expertise is required
Expertise in utilizing data tools to structure and extract data for reporting and analysis
Proven ability to analyze and quantify business and technology investments to inform strategic decisions
Experience creating dashboards, data-driven reports, and predictive models
Business System Architecture
Experience designing business process flows and aligning enterprise systems to support strategic objectives
Experience and expertise in enterprise system integration
Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
Preferred qualifications
BA/BS or advanced degree(s) in quantitative disciplines such as Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, and/or Computer Science
Working knowledge of airlines and airline commercial data
Experience in multiple quantitative fields such as Finance and IT
Capable of managing multiple projects with limited supervision and making well-informed priority tradeoffs
Ability to work well with diverse groups in a time-sensitive environment with limited supervision
Results-oriented and capable of meeting or exceeding deadlines with attention to detail and follow through
