Sr. Manager, Sr. Counsel - Commercial Real Estate (Hybrid)

* Juris Doctor from an accredited law school* Active member in good standing of at least one state bar* At least 4 years of experience as an attorney in a law firm, at a government agency, as a military judge advocate or as in-house counsel working on commercial financing or other commercial transactions* 5+ years of experience in a law firm, in-house legal department, or a combination with a focus on structured commercial real estate financings, including warehouse and repo lending facilities, note on note transactions, CLO participations, CMBS, and secured commercial real estate financing transactions* Experience with loan syndications* Willingness to work on various types of commercial real estate lending transactions* Experience leading projects relating to form document development* Excellent oral and written communication skills* Strong ability to quickly understand the business needs and partner with the businessCapital One offers a comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support your total well-being.
