
Mid-Level Real Estate Transactions Contract Attorney

We are working with a boutique real estate, zoning, condominium law, litigation, and business law firm, based in Washington, D.C., seeking a contract attorney, with 4-6 years of experience handling complex commercial real estate transactions, to assist its real estate practice,
onsite , in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, on an immediate, temp to hire basis. The attorney’s experience will encompass real estate development, acquisitions, financing, and leasing; creating condominium regimes; and preparing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), as well as providing other assistance in the general RFP development competition for public and private partnerships, including municipal partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have some large or mid-sized firm experience in CRE finance, acquisition, and development. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in Washington, D.C., with licensing in good standing, in addition, in the State of Maryland, a plus. The successful candidate will be strongly detail oriented; endowed with clear and confident written and verbal communication skills; and self-directed. The attorney selected will also be a dependable and collaborative team member.
The contract rate, while the work is temporary, will be $83/hr.
