A leading AmLaw firm is seeking mid-level Real Estate Associates to join its Washington, D.C. office.
The Role
This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of sophisticated real estate transactions within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
⚖️ Responsibilities
In this role, you will be involved in a variety of complex real estate matters, including:
Leasing transactions
Mortgage and mezzanine financings (lender and/or borrower side)
Joint venture equity arrangements
Working closely with experienced attorneys on high-value transactions across industries
Qualifications
3–5 years of relevant transactional experience
Experience on the lender and/or borrower side
Candidates with broader transactional backgrounds are encouraged to apply
