We are partnering with a prominent national law firm whose Real Estate practice is nationally recognized as a Tier 1 leader in Real Estate Law. The team excels in complex transactions across all asset classes in dynamic U.S. markets and is a longstanding national leader in affordable housing development and preservation for over 40 years.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Represent buyers, sellers, and investors in multifamily, commercial, and retail real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions
Draft and negotiate key transactional documents such as purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, and loan documents
Handle commercial leasing and support real estate development projects across various asset classes
Conduct due diligence and advise on financing transactions, with exposure to affordable housing and seniors housing
Collaborate with clients and teams to efficiently manage deals from inception through closing
What They’re Looking For:
Real estate associate with 3-5 years of experience representing buyers, sellers, and investors in multifamily, commercial, and retail properties
Demonstrated focus or interest in acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financing, commercial leasing, development, affordable housing, or seniors housing
Strong academic credentials, superb judgment, analytical abilities, and outstanding communication skills
Proven commitment to delivering high-quality client service in a collaborative environment
Admission to the D.C. Bar (or eligibility to obtain promptly)
