Position Overview

We are seeking a visionary and strategic

Vice President of Product Management

to lead product innovation and direction across our casino hotel’s core guest-facing verticals—including Gaming, Parking, Food & Beverage, Retail, Entertainment, and Hospitality Services. This role is pivotal in shaping the end-to-end guest experience through integrated digital and physical product strategies that drive engagement, revenue, and operational excellence. The VP will work closely with Technical Leadership, Shepherding Leads, and the Digital Channels team to ensure consistent KPI measurement and reporting, robust solution selection, and disciplined pilot-to-decisioning processes. The role will be responsible for leading a transformation of customer facing projects towards an agile style mindset. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with business objectives and guest experience goals. Champion innovation across all guest touchpoints—gaming floors, mobile apps, kiosks, parking systems, dining experiences, and more. Align product initiatives with enterprise transformation goals, clearly defined KPIs, and strategic plans. Cross-Functional Leadership

Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Marketing, and Guest Services to deliver seamless, integrated experiences. Lead a team of technical product portfolio managers and project managers across key verticals. Ensure cross-departmental alignment for product launches, enhancements, and lifecycle management. Guest Experience Optimization

Use data and insights to understand guest behavior and preferences. Drive personalization, loyalty, and convenience through digital platforms and on-property innovations. Monitor product performance metrics and iterate based on analytics and feedback. Operational Excellence

Streamline product operations across Gaming, Parking, F&B, and other verticals to improve efficiency and reduce friction. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships. Establish consistent KPI frameworks and reporting mechanisms across all product initiatives. Lead rigorous solution evaluation and pilot programs to ensure scalable, high-impact decisioning. Qualifications

10+ years of product leadership experience, ideally in hospitality, gaming, or entertainment. Proven success managing complex, multi-vertical product portfolios. Deep understanding of casino operations, guest experience design, and digital transformation. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Curiosity and openness to integrating AI into daily operations and product strategy. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments. About Us
