Role Description DeFelice Realty Group is seeking motivated, licensed
Real Estate Salespersons and Associate Brokers
to join our team as
independent contractors .
In this role, you will represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions, build and maintain client relationships, and grow your business with the support of an experienced brokerage. This is an ideal opportunity for agents who want flexibility, collaboration, and the freedom to run their business while being part of a strong, respected brand.
This is a
commission-based, independent contractor position . Agents are not salaried employees.
Qualifications
Active New Jersey real estate license (Salesperson or Broker Associate)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
Professional demeanor with a client-first mindset
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Willingness to learn, grow, and participate in ongoing training and development
Experience preferred, but new agents with the right mindset are welcome
