Responsibilities
Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals
Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions
Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
Follow the team plan
Set listing and buyer appointments
Execute appointments
Close sales
Grow into a lead buyer or listing agent
CRM and database mastery
Scripts and sales talk mastery
Qualifications
Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Real estate license or pursuing required
Real estate license required in order to speak with potential clients and earn commissions
Compensation $125,000+
