Listing Agent Opportunity
We are looking for a real estate agent who wants to learn to build a listing-focused business through consistent activity, clear structure, and daily execution while earning rewarding commissions and strengthening seller relationships. In this opportunity, you will learn to generate listing opportunities, lead seller conversations with clarity, and guide clients through each stage of the sales process. You will work alongside experienced real estate agents and gain exposure to systems and routines that help create a steadier flow of listing activity. The focus here is simple: follow clear systems, stay consistent, and improve through real activity alongside other agents. You will continue developing your approach to follow up, communication, and positioning homes in a way that leads to signed listings and ongoing momentum.

Responsibilities

Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base

Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business

Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller

Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service

Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings

Qualifications

Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies

Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself

Has a real estate license

Team player who believes their success is the team’s success

A real estate license required

Good communication

Sales experience

Must live within daily driving distance of the office

Compensation
$150,000 at plan
