Taxpayer Services Representative |
Location:
Tucson Office (100% On-Site) The Taxpayer Services Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to taxpayers. This role involves providing assistance with tax filings, refund and billing inquiries or disputes, and education on state tax policies and procedures. The representative will conduct research, process account adjustments, and ensure timely resolution of issues across all four tax types. Key Responsibilities
Provide in-person, phone, live chat, and email support to taxpayers. Assist with filing questions, refund inquiries, billing disputes, and general tax education. Research and resolve taxpayer account issues, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when communicating with customers. Document interactions and resolutions accurately in internal systems. Qualifications
Required:
Minimum of 6 months of front desk or customer service experience. Preferred:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment. Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (No overtime; 40 hours per week maximum). Work Arrangement:
100% On-site.
