Role Overview Leasing Consultants are the frontline of our communities. You’re responsible for driving leasing performance, delivering an excellent resident experience, and supporting day‑to‑day leasing and marketing efforts in a fast‑paced, student‑focused environment. This role is critical to the success of the property, especially during peak leasing season and Summer Turn.

Key Responsibilities Leasing & Sales

Greet prospects, conduct tours, and convert traffic into leases

Follow Fair Housing guidelines in all interactions

Review applications, assist with verifications, and prepare lease documents

Manage renewals and support annual renewal campaigns

Maintain accurate guest cards, notes, and follow‑up activity in Entrata

Send same‑day thank‑you emails and complete timely follow‑ups

Customer Service & Operations

Provide exceptional service to current residents and visitors

Support day‑to‑day leasing office operations, including opening and closing procedures

Assist residents throughout their lease term and elevate issues as needed

Enter and track work orders in coordination with the maintenance team

Marketing & Community Standards

Conduct outside marketing as directed by the Community Manager

Maintain leasing office, model, and amenity presentation standards

Monitor signage, marketing materials, and overall curb appeal

Stay informed on competitor pricing, features, and specials

Summer & Turn Support (Required)

Actively support Summer leasing, move‑ins, and high‑volume traffic

Assist with Turn‑related communication and coordination

Support move‑in processes including lease packets, resident information updates, gate codes, and parking access

Help ensure apartments are move‑in ready through inspections and coordination

Qualifications

School schedule as to align with our operational needs

Sales, leasing, marketing, or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment

Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Ability to work weekends, overtime, and peak Summer schedules as required

Experience with Entrata and Microsoft Office a plus

High School preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
