Project Manager's: Lead projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring high-quality delivery on time and on budget. Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and materials, ensuring seamless communication across all stakeholders. Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and design standards on all projects. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and progress reports. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are exceeded. Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for curtain wall, storefront, and façade projects. Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work to identify project risks and opportunities. Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to develop accurate and competitive bids. Assist in value engineering and cost optimization without compromising quality.
