An international dental implant manufacturer is looking to appoint a Sales Manager to develop and manage dealer-led sales across Central & Eastern Europe. This role is focused on building strong distributor partnerships, supporting regional sales execution, and driving sustainable growth across multiple CEE markets. It is not a direct-to-clinic sales role; success comes through influencing, enabling and managing distributors.
The role
Own and develop distributor relationships across Central & Eastern Europe
Act as the main commercial interface between HQ and regional partners
Support dealers with business planning, sales strategy and market development
Drive revenue growth and market penetration across implant systems
Work closely with education and marketing teams to support training and KOL activity
Provide structured market feedback on pricing, competition and customer needs
The profile
Strong track record working with dealer / distributor sales models
Experience covering Central & Eastern Europe is highly desirable
Comfortable operating independently in a home-based, international role
Fluent English required (additional languages a plus)
Willing to travel regularly across the region
