Content Creation & Channel Management: Support content development and execution for YouTube channels across SexyHair, DevaCurl, and STMNT. Concept, coordinate, and edit short- and long-form videos including tutorials, how-tos, education content, and creator collaborations. Manage upload cadence, thumbnails, descriptions, and metadata optimization to ensure discoverability and SEO best practice. Maintain consistency in video quality, tone, and visual identity across brands while celebrating their unique personalities. Video Production & Creative Execution: Oversee production logistics for shoots — coordinating schedules, talent, locations, and post-production needs. Collaborate with Creative Strategy and Design to ensure videos align with brand identity and campaign objectives. Edit and package video content for both YouTube and cross-channel use (TikTok cuts, Reels, paid placements). Experiment with new storytelling formats and educational series to enhance reach and retention. Creator Collaboration & Integration: Partner with the Senior Manager, YouTube MSDS to identify and collaborate with stylists, creators, and educators for co-branded content. Support creator briefing, shoot coordination, and content delivery aligned with brand and educational goals. Build strong relationships with featured artists and contributors to strengthen MSDS’s creator community. Performance, Analytics & Optimization: Monitor performance metrics — watch time, retention, engagement, and conversion — across all brand channels. Collaborate with Business Intelligence to analyze content effectiveness and audience behavior. Surface insights and propose content adjustments to continuously improve impact. Track emerging YouTube and video trends to keep the MSDS ecosystem ahead of the curve. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Education, Brand, and Creative teams to integrate video storytelling into 360° campaign planning. Collaborate with Digital Commerce and Paid Media to leverage video assets for traffic and conversion. Work in alignment with other Social Content Managers to share best practices and ensure consistency across platforms. Qualifications
Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in digital video production, content creation, or social marketing. Proven expertise in YouTube content management, optimization, and analytics. Skilled in video shooting, editing, and storytelling (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or equivalent). Deep understanding of beauty, education, or lifestyle content ecosystems. Collaborative, resourceful, and organized — with a passion for creative storytelling and technical excellence. Comfortable managing multiple brand voices while maintaining quality and cohesion. What Success Looks Like: Growth in subscribers, watch time, and engagement across MSDS brand channels. High-quality, consistent video output reflecting brand authority and creative excellence. Positive cross-functional feedback from Brand, Education, and Creative teams. Improved performance efficiency and scalability of video production. Recognition as a key enabler of MSDS’s educational and brand storytelling leadership on YouTube. Benefits

This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.
