This is an outstanding role for a driven design professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys working on complex projects, and wants to make a real impac RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, engineer, and document medium to large-scale electronic security solutions with moderate to high complexity Support both pre-sales and post-award project efforts by identifying, scoping, and estimating cost-effective solutions that meet customer requirements Collaborate closely with Project Management and Sales to ensure engineering deliverables align with project scope, budget, and schedule Identify, manage, and document scope changes as needed throughout the project lifecycle Mentor and guide drafters to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of engineering drawings Review architectural, electrical, and construction drawings to support system design and coordination Apply strong electrical and electronic theory to develop compliant, high-quality security system designs Ensure designs meet customer expectations, industry standards, and project requirements Travel minimally on an as-needed basis to support project needs This is a contract to hire position offering long-term stability and growth.
