
ROLE: The HR Director collaborates closely with the operational teams and bears responsibility for ensuring the support of organizational growth, through coordination of various processes and optimizing operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Lead the Human Resources department by creating a positive and supportive work environment to all employees within the department. Partner with different locations within the organization to support their HR needs. Create HR processes, track, analyze and report on key HR metrics. Support the growth of the organization by leading and managing HR tasks in mergers and acquisitions. Maintain various systems, databases and is an HRIS super-user. Manage data entry and input of HR information and data changes, including but not limited to, new hires, transfers, promotions, salary adjustments and terminations. Ensure data integrity of employee data by auditing completed HRIS entries. Lead all activities related to the onboarding of new hires: Prepare offer letters and onboarding-related Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred or a minimum of 2 years HR experience; Leadership Skills; Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail; Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority projects, competing tasks while working in a fast-paced env
