Irving, TX 75062 Were looking for a hands?on HR Generalist who can own day?to?day HR operations with a focus on benefits administration, onboarding and offboarding for both employees and contractors (including terminations), staffing agency/vendor management, and HRIS data integrity and reporting. This role is ideal for a detail?oriented, people?first HR professional who enjoys improving processes, ensuring compliance, and delivering a great employee experience from pre?hire to exit. Qualifications Bachelors degree in HR or related field 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience Hands?on benefits administration and onboarding/offboarding experience, including terminations. Experience managing contractors and staffing agencies/MSPs end?to?end. Proficiency with an HRIS (Workday, UKG/UltiPro, ADP, BambooHR, or similar) and strong Excel/Sheets skills. Demonstrated strength in reporting and analytics, especially new?hire data and headcount reporting. Working knowledge of key regulations (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, ADA, ACA, EEOC) and standard HR compliance practices. Exceptional attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and a service mindset.

Main Functions Onboarding & Offboarding
Lead end?to?end onboarding for employees and contractors: offer and pre?hire steps, I?9/E?Verify (as applicable), background checks, equipment and system provisioning, and day?1 orientation. Coordinate smooth offboarding for employees and contractors: collect assets, terminate access, conduct exit interviews, and ensure timely, compliant documentation (including separation/ COBRA notices where applicable).
Benefits Administration
Resolve employee benefits questions, liaise with brokers/carriers, and monitor plan eligibility, deductions, and invoices. Support benefits compliance (e.g., ACA measurement/filings, SPD/SMM distribution, COBRA vendor coordination).
Contractor & Agency Management
Serve as day?to?day point of contact for staffing agencies/MSPs: intake requests, align on rate cards, track assignments, start/extension/end dates, and ensure contract compliance. Maintain accurate roster of contractors, purchase orders, and not?to?exceed dates; drive timely conversions or roll?offs. Monitor agency performance (submittal quality, cycle times, DE&I goals) and escalate issues as needed.
HRIS, Data, & Reporting
Maintain HRIS (Workforce Now preferred): employee records, org changes, job/comp updates, workflows, and security permissions. Build and automate reports/dashboards for new?hire metrics (time?to?start, cohort volume, source mix), headcount, turnover, and compliance.
