
ROLE: The HR Director collaborates closely with the operational teams and bears responsibility for ensuring the support of organizational growth, through coordination of various processes and optimizing operational efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include, but are not limited to): • Lead the Human Resources department by creating a positive and supportive work environment to all employees within the department. • Partner with different locations within the organization to support their HR needs. • Create HR processes, track, analyze and report on key HR metrics. • Support the growth of the organization by leading and managing HR tasks in mergers and acquisitions. • Maintain various systems, databases and is an HRIS super-user. • Manage data entry and input of HR information and data changes, including but not limited to, new hires, transfers, promotions, salary adjustments and terminations. • Ensure data integrity of employee data by auditing completed HRIS entries. • Lead all activities related to the onboarding of new hires: Prepare offer letters and onboarding-related
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred or a minimum of 2 years HR experience; Leadership Skills; Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail; Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority projects, competing tasks while working in a fast-paced env
