Job Description And Duties Anticipated Interview Dates: In person interviews are anticipated to start the week of February 2, 2026. Do you shine when juggling multiple tasks? The Marketing & Project Services Team within the Office of Public Affairs seeks an Analyst II who has a passion for marketing, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and enjoys working with cross‑functional teams to help meet goals and objectives. In this position, the Analyst II will serve as project lead over a variety of initiatives, campaigns, and events, and conduct marketing and research tasks critical to meet enterprise business objectives that serve our members, employers, and stakeholders. Telework Information: This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three days or more onsite, per week.

Personal Leave Program 2025 Effective July 1, 2025, the California Department of Human Resources (CalHR) implemented the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025). PLP 2025 directs that each employee shall receive a 3 percent reduction in pay in exchange for 5 hours PLP 2025 leave credits, monthly. The salary range(s) included in the job advertisement do not reflect the 3 percent reduction in pay.
