What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Support the sales team in all technical aspects of the sales process, including presentations, demos, and workshops
Collaborate closely with internal teams, partners, and clients to understand technical requirements
Conduct product proof‑of‑value and manage technical account responsibilities
Assist in the administration and use of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or Oracle
Provide insights on high availability, scalability, and performance trade‑offs in cloud environments
What is Required (Qualifications)
Relational database experience (PostgreSQL or Oracle and MySQL or SQL Server or Sybase or DB2)
Customer‑facing experience in a pre‑sales, sales engineering, consulting, or support role
Collaborative mindset with a focus on solutions for both internal teams and external stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
Experience with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Ability to conduct product proof‑of‑value with clear planning and execution
Experience with Containers (Docker), Kubernetes, Microservices, and PaaS (OpenShift, CloudFoundry)
Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C/C++ with database connectors
