What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead, recruit, and train a team of sales managers to achieve sales success

Maintain client records in the CRM system, ensuring accurate documentation of interactions and scheduled meetings

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed organizational revenue targets

Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions

Foster a high-performance culture by demonstrating the capabilities of point-of-sale solutions to empower the sales team

What is Required (Qualifications)

Must be 18 years of age or older

Minimum of 5 years of sales and leadership experience

Valid driver's license required for regular travel by car and air

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong prospecting, communication, and presentation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

High school diploma or GED

Experience in recruiting and training sales teams

Knowledge of the payments industry

Strong emotional intelligence and performance leadership skills
