Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of sales managers and their teams to achieve sales success
Recruit, train, and mentor top-tier sales talent to build a high-performance sales team
Maintain client records and interactions in the CRM system to ensure effective communication and strategy alignment
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of sales and leadership experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
Valid driver's license required for regular travel by car and air
Ability to support the team in the field and maintain a strong presence with clients
Knowledge of the payments industry and effective sales strategies
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Proven recruiting proficiency and experience in training and coaching sales teams
Strong emotional intelligence and performance leadership capabilities
High sense of urgency and innate sales talent
Enjoyment of cold-calling and face-to-face interactions with clients
