Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of sales managers to achieve sales success Recruit, train, and develop top-tier sales talent for the organization Maintain accurate client records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of sales and leadership experience Must be at least 18 years of age Valid driver\'s license required due to regular travel by car and air Ability to be in the field supporting your team Knowledge of the payments industry
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or GED Proven recruiting proficiency Experience in training and coaching sales teams Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills Strong sense of urgency and a passion for sales
