Base Salary: $220,000 – $250,000 + bonus

is seeking a senior commercial leader to head up
Account Management across the Americas and EMEA . This is a
high-impact, revenue-owning leadership role
with responsibility for scaling recurring revenue, strengthening enterprise client relationships, and building a high-performing, multi-region account management organisation. The Role You will be responsible for: Leading, mentoring, and developing Account Management teams across North America and EMEA Owning
client retention, expansion, and recurring revenue growth
across a global client base Defining and executing strategic account plans aligned to long-term commercial objectives Partnering with senior leaders across
Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success Acting as the senior voice of the client, feeding structured insight into product and service development Overseeing complex enterprise contract negotiations alongside Legal and executive stakeholders Driving disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and performance reporting using CRM tools Senior leadership experience in
account management, commercial leadership, or sales strategy Proven success growing
recurring revenue
within
market data, analytics, or financial services Strong executive-level stakeholder management and communication skills Highly commercial, analytical, and comfortable leading data-driven decision making Track record of building, coaching, and scaling high-performing teams Experience working with
Buy Side, Sell Side, and/or Energy & Commodities
clients Strong understanding of
OTC markets
(e.g. Fixed Income, Derivatives, Commodities) Experience managing
multi-region teams
