Base pay range $60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr
Business Development Representative (BDR) OTE of circa $90k/100k, on a 70/30 split – with maybe a bit of flex for the right person
The Opportunity We’re partnering with a fast‑growing Series A AI company that is building its outbound motion from scratch. This is a
high‑visibility BDR role
for someone who wants to learn quickly, work closely with senior sales leadership, and play a meaningful part in building pipeline at an early stage.
There’s no inbound engine and no playbook handed to you. You’ll be helping create both.
What You’ll Be Doing
Prospecting into enterprise and mid‑market accounts via phone, email, LinkedIn, and creative outbound
Researching accounts and tailoring messaging so outreach feels relevant and human
Booking high‑quality meetings and ensuring clean handoffs to AEs
Qualifying prospects and walking away quickly when there’s no fit
Handling objections with confidence and curiosity
Maintaining strong CRM hygiene and a consistent daily cadence
