Lead and manage the Inspirational Marketing/Simplified Issue division, setting strategic directions and expanding product lines Drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies and achieving sales targets Cultivate strategic relationships within Inspirational Marketing channels and independent distribution Oversee sales coordination across multiple home office areas, addressing challenges and directing account assignments Develop and implement detailed marketing and activity action plans for sales distribution relationships What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Inspirational Marketing and Simplified Issue market Proven expertise in sales management and techniques specific to life and health products Strong leadership abilities to build and lead high-performing sales teams Extensive network and established relationships within the Inspirational Marketing distribution marketplace Ability to travel up to 60% How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
