The Role

We are seeking a

Sales Director – Digital & AI

to drive

net-new logo acquisition

across the New York and broader North America market. This is a

pure hunter role , focused on opening new accounts and closing high-value deals across

Digital Engineering, Data Platforms, and AI-led solutions .

The role owns the full sales lifecycle and works closely with solution architects, AI specialists, and delivery leadership to shape differentiated, value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Own

new logo acquisition

for

Digital & AI services

Sell solutions across

Digital Transformation, Data Platforms, Cloud, AI/ML, GenAI, and Intelligent Automation

Build and manage a strong pipeline of

enterprise and mid-market accounts

Engage CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CISOs, and business leaders in consultative selling

Lead discovery conversations focused on

business outcomes and AI use cases

Drive proposal development, solution positioning, pricing, and commercial negotiations

Partner with pre-sales, AI CoEs, and delivery teams to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals

Meet and exceed quarterly and annual

revenue targets

Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting through CRM tools

Represent the firm at industry events, executive forums, and AI-focused conferences

Ideal Candidate Profile

10–15+ years of

IT / Digital / AI services sales

experience

Proven

hunter mindset

with success in closing

net-new enterprise logos

Strong experience selling

AI-led solutions

(GenAI, ML, analytics, automation)

Solid understanding of

Digital Engineering and Data platforms

Existing CXO-level relationships in the

New York / Northeast

market

Strong executive presence with the ability to articulate

AI value, ROI, and business impact

Highly self-driven, resilient, and performance-oriented

Nice to Have

Experience selling into

BFSI, Insurance (P&C), Healthcare, or Retail

Background in

consulting-led or digital engineering organizations

Exposure to

AI accelerators, platforms, or IP-led offerings

Experience selling

AI governance, Responsible AI, or enterprise AI adoption programs
