Job Title : Tax Manager/ Sr. Tax Manager
Location: Fort Lauderdale or West Palm Beach
Experience: 5+ years
Compensation: $170,000 base plus bonus (commensurate with experience)
Schedule: Hybrid, three days in office

This is a hands‑on management role for someone comfortable owning client relationships, handling complex tax matters, and working closely with Partners on both compliance and planning. The position offers direct Partner exposure, real responsibility, and a clear path for advancement.
Key focus areas include managing client relationships,
preparing and reviewing complex returns (Partnerships, S Corps, C Corps, HNW Individuals), identifying planning opportunities, leading engagement teams, and overseeing workflow and quality control.
CPA required.
Multi‑state experience strongly preferred.
