looking for a Outbound Appointment Setter !

Description for Outbound Appointment Setter:
Call existing residential customers using an auto-dialer Schedule seasonal HVAC maintenance appointments Have real conversationsnot robotic scripts Answer basic homeowner questions with confidence and warmth Follow structured call schedules, systems, and coaching Enter accurate notes and bookings in our scheduling software
Details for Outbound Appointment Setter :
Pay:
$19/hr + commission Flexible Schedule:
3 days a week between Monday-Friday to be determined Shift Hours: Business Hours 7:30am-5pm ( schedule is flexible as it is part time hours)
Requirements for Outreach Specialist:
1-2 years Cold Calling experience Sound upbeat, friendly, and confident on the phone Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
