What You’ll Be Doing
Prospecting, qualifying, and closing new national accounts
Building and expanding long-term customer relationships
Designing end-to-end logistics solutions across ocean, air, and ground freight
Developing strategic quotes, proposals, and business presentations
Managing a disciplined CRM pipeline and performance metrics
Collaborating closely with operations, pricing, and customer service teams
Consistently meeting and exceeding quarterly revenue and profit targets
Gathering customer feedback to strengthen retention and satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of sales experience in international logistics or freight forwarding
Proven success closing and managing national or enterprise-level accounts
Strong understanding of ocean, air, and ground freight solutions
Experience working with commission structures tied to gross profit
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
CRM proficiency and solid business acumen
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Multilingual skills are a plus
Compensation & Work Model
$120,000 - $130,000
Uncapped commission based on gross profit performance
Quarterly commission payouts once revenue is collected
Fully remote role with national scope
Location & Travel
Remote role (corporate headquarters based in Southern California)
Occasional travel for client meetings or industry events
