Key responsibilities

Develop and grow sales with existing customers and new prospects across Central Europe

Drive solution-based sales for complex, long-cycle CAPEX projects

Manage the full sales process from initial contact through contract signature

Work closely with Sales Support Engineering to ensure technically sound and commercially profitable proposals

Build and maintain long-term relationships within the industrial baking and dough processing industry

Develop and manage a strong and sustainable sales pipeline

Represent Spiromatic at international trade fairs and industry events

Provide structured market feedback and insights to management and sales & marketing team

Your profile

University degree or equivalent experience

Minimum 5 years of international technical B2B sales experience, preferably within industrial equipment or food processing

Proven experience with long sales cycles and high-value CAPEX projects

Strong analytical skills and a consultative, solution-oriented mindset

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Results-driven with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets

Willingness to travel up to 50% within Europe

Fluent in German and English; Dutch is an asset

Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital collaboration tools
