What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on electrophysiology mapping and navigation systems
Educate and train healthcare personnel on technical matters relating to cardiac mapping products and procedures
Promote the safe and effective use of medical technology products and related procedures
Develop and cultivate customer relationships to drive incremental business growth
Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to strategize and conduct customer training for mapping solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
High school diploma plus a minimum of 8 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation; or an Associate degree plus a minimum of 6 years; or a Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 4 years of related work experience
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory
Ability to work in environments with exposure to infectious disease and radiation
Capacity to stand, sit, or walk for 8 hours a day
Ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and support staff
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with at least four years of experience in the cardiac field
Proven track record with technical training assignments
Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field or EP lab, providing technical or clinical support
Ability to travel more than 25% of the time
