What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on electrophysiology mapping and navigation systems
Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on technical matters related to cardiac mapping products and procedures
Promote the safe and effective use of the employer's cardiac mapping solutions
Develop and cultivate customer relationships to drive incremental business and achieve sales goals
Collaborate with the sales team to conduct customer training and identify potential sales opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
High school diploma plus a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or
Associate degree plus a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or
Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 2 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
Ability to freely move throughout the facility and operate necessary equipment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with a minimum of 4 years of work experience in the cardiac field
Proven track record with technical training assignments
Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
Ability to travel more than 25% of the time
