Senior Account Executive – Women’s Sportswear
Title: Senior Account Executive Womens Lifestyle/Surf/Streetwear
Locations: New York, NY – Hybrid or California
A womens Lifestyle/Streetwear/Surf brand is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team. Ideal candidates will have experience working with department stores, TJX, off-price retailers, and club channels. Oversee merchandising and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth. Build and maintain strong customer relationships while engaging with upper management.

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for growing and maintaining both new and existing accounts
Experience with Clubs, Department Stores, off price, TJX, and all tiers of distribution.
Analyze brand positioning, target new business for additional opportunities.
Present the current collection to Buyers, Upper Management and Product Development team
Work closely with cross functional team to develop and execute market strategies for each season
Coordinate with design on current sales trends and customer needs.
Develop and implement sales strategies achieving financial plans
Partner with retailers and execute key brand strategy and initiatives
Collaborate with merchandising team creating product assortment plans, and line plans adhering to a calendar.
Skills & Qualifications
6 Plus years selling, merchandising, and building a licensed brand
Experience with selling a LifeStyle brand – all categories
Strong financial acumen and analytic skills and knowledge of retail math
Proven track record of sales in a leadership role preferably in dresses
Travel to accounts
MS Office and Microsoft Excel
BA Degree in Fashion, Marketing or Business
