to join our dynamic team! This role offers a flexible schedule of 16-24 hours per week and is based in Downtown Los Angeles/Koreatown. Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments for residents, developing individualized care plans that cater to their unique needs. Tube Feeding & Dialysis Reviews:
Evaluate and manage tube feeding protocols and dialysis nutrition to ensure the best possible care and health outcomes. Wound Care:
Offer nutritional support that promotes effective wound healing and recovery. Weight Management:
Continuously monitor and revise nutrition plans to address significant weight fluctuations and associated health issues. Attend Meetings:
Engage actively in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing valuable insights related to patient care and nutrition. Kitchen Inspections:
Perform routine inspections to maintain adherence to dietary standards and safety regulations, with guidance available as needed. Independent Work:
Demonstrate initiative while working autonomously, remaining receptive to learning and guidance. Qualifications: Registered Dietitian (RD) or Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential is essential. Strong clinical expertise in tube feeding, dialysis, wound care, and weight management. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork with various professionals. Ability to manage an independent caseload and prioritize responsibilities effectively. Strong analytical skills and a willingness to engage in continuous learning.
