Role Description
This is a full-time Marketing Manager role with a hybrid work arrangement, based in Bentonville, AR, with some opportunity for remote work.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and business growth.
This includes overseeing marketing campaigns, managing budgets, analyzing performance metrics, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and aligning strategies with company goals.
Additionally, the Marketing Manager will lead in identifying market trends and ensuring timely and high-quality execution of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Experience in digital marketing, content marketing, and social media management
Proficiency in developing marketing strategies, campaign management, and team leadership
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze market trends and campaign performance for actionable insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM software, and email marketing tools
Ability to work in a hybrid environment and effectively collaborate with remote and in-person teams
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is a plus
