We are seeking a Sales Trainer – with deep expertise in Staffing Industry sales; commercial and government contracting (GovCon). This role is pivotal in developing high-performing sales teams by delivering training programs that drive client acquisition, account growth, and brand excellence. The Sales Trainer will design learning experiences that not only build skills but also align with performance management goals, ensuring measurable impact on revenue and productivity. Responsibilities

Develop and deliver training programs focused on prospecting, relationship management, proposal development, and negotiation strategies tailored to both government and commercial staffing markets. Differentiate training for onboarding new hires and advanced development for experienced sales professionals. Performance-Driven Enablement Partner with Sales Leadership and Sales Operations to identify skill gaps and link training outcomes to performance metrics such as pipeline growth, conversion rates, and revenue targets. Implement coaching frameworks that reinforce accountability and continuous improvement. Content Development & Tools Integration Create engaging materials, toolkits, and job aids aligned with industry best practices and company sales methodology. Incorporate training on sales enablement tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo) and AI-driven solutions to maximize efficiency. Learning Management & Career Pathing Manage learner personas within the LMS, building role-specific learning paths that support career progression and performance goals. Track participation, course completion, and skill development to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Workshops & Coaching Facilitate interactive workshops and performance-focused coaching sessions to reinforce learning and drive behavioral change. Use data-driven insights to adapt programs for continuous improvement. Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field. 5+ years in sales training, enablement, or leadership within staffing industry. Qualifications

Strong understanding of federal procurement lifecycle, RFP/RFQ processes, and compliance requirements. Proven ability to link training initiatives to measurable performance outcomes. Familiarity with LMS platforms. Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and communication skills. Ability to design blended learning experiences (classroom, virtual, on-the-job).
