What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Apply best practices to maintain high data quality standards for audience segmentation and reporting
Lead initiatives to enhance data quality and maximize database utilization
Create and develop segmentation models to improve audience targeting for marketing campaigns
Collaborate with marketing teams to define audience criteria and ensure alignment with regional priorities
Ensure compliance with privacy laws and internal opt-in requirements for data management
What is Required (Qualifications)
5+ years of experience working with large-scale databases focused on B2C/B2B data
Strong knowledge of marketing data sources, tools, and technologies, including CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, including strong skills in SQL or equivalent
Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
\ How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with BI dashboard/reporting tools
Familiarity with data privacy regulations, such as GDPR
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Experience in leading data-driven marketing initiatives
