What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Draft and edit client- and sales-facing materials, ensuring alignment with core product messaging
Serve as the primary contact for business insurance stakeholders, translating their inputs into marketing strategies
Build, test, and deploy integrated marketing campaigns across various channels
Create and update sales materials, playbooks, and one-pagers to support sales efforts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets and performance reporting
What is Required (Qualifications)
2-4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on business insurance or property and casualty
Proven ability to implement marketing plans and campaigns effectively
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
Strong analytical skills for collecting and organizing data to support decision-making
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder coordination
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms
Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Previous experience in business insurance/property casualty marketing roles
