What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Draft and edit a variety of client- and sales-facing materials, ensuring alignment with core product positioning
Serve as the point of contact for business insurance stakeholders, translating inputs into marketing recommendations
Build, test, and deploy integrated marketing campaigns across various channels
Create and update sales materials, playbooks, and one-pagers to support sales efforts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver assets on time and track campaign performance
What is Required (Qualifications)
2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on business insurance/property and casualty
Strong ability to support and implement marketing plans and campaigns effectively
Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
Clear verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and strong skills in Microsoft Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Experience or familiarity with business insurance/property casualty marketing roles
Analytical mindset comfortable with collecting and organizing data to support decision-making
