We're Hiring: Regional Sales Director in 4 locations. Qualified candidates will live in any state within these territories.
South-Central - KY, TN, MS, AL, WV, AR, LA
South-East US - NC, SC, VA (MN, WI as remote territories)
North-East - ME, VT, NH, CT, MA, RI, NY (upstate)
East-Central - PA, NJ, DE, MD, DC, New York City

Now, we're expanding - and looking for a driven, high-performing Regional Sales Director to lead growth across South-Central US: KY, TN, MS, AL, WV, AR, LA.
Summary:
As an Individual Contributor, you'll be the face of BASIC in your territory - building and maintaining relationships with independent insurance agents, brokers, and financial professionals.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of B2B sales success - preferably in benefits, insurance, or compliance
Experience with consultative/relationship-based sales
Valid driver's license for partner visits
Compensation & Benefits
Base $75,000-$90,000 + uncapped commission + renewal income + annual bonus
1st year RSD's typically earn $20,000-$40,000 above base their first year, increasing each year with renewal commissions
