What Customer Contract Administration contributes to Cardinal Health
Sales Administration/Operations is responsible for supporting the sales organization and driving operational excellence in order to achieve the strategic and sales objectives established by the sales organization. This includes sales tools/productivity improvement, customer contract administration, business metrics/analytics, and rewards architecture.
Customer Contract Administration is responsible for responding to RFIs and RFPs and coordinating administration of customer contract terms and conditions across multiple areas to maximize contract value.
Responsibilities
Manage the process of receiving, building and submitting distribution RFPs
Support early renewal/customized competitive bid process
Collaborate with marketing and multiple internal stakeholders to clearly articulate RFP requirements and develop a compelling response
Compile responses working with key participants, subject matter experts, and technical experts
Partner with marketing in support of customer facing communications
Drive accountability across the organization to achieve key milestones
Consolidate responses, review and prepare final draft and attachments for submission
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in marketing, sales, operations, or in related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
8-12 years' experience in related field, preferred
RFP Management coordination preferred
Experience compiling and coordinating proposals preferred
Strong analytical and organizational skills
The ability to gather feedback, hold business partners accountable for response deadlines, provide recommendations, and follow through to deliver timely solutions
The capacity to work in a team environment and manage projects accordingly
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, manage conflicting priorities, and meet deadlines
Aptitude and desire to implement continuous improvements to the RFP process

Applies advanced knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projects
Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals
Recommends new practices, processes, metrics, or models

Independently determines method for completion of new projects
Receives guidance on overall project objectives
Acts as a mentor to less experienced colleagues
Anticipated salary range
: $105,100 - $125,000
